Yesterday, Adam and I took a trip up north, and ended up in Marblehead. I had never been there before, and it is a beautiful little shore town. It was very quiet there, everything covered in a layer of snow and ice, and not many people to be found. We enjoyed ourselves exploring the beaches and jutting rocks, even though I thought I might lose a few fingertips by the end of the day! A nice breeze by the ocean is great in the summer, but in January...it's frigid. It was well worth the trip though, because I'd never been at the beach in the winter, which is something I've always wanted to do. Here are just a few shots of this serene place...more to come soon!
